just a quick one really,

Part of the climax to book three in the Wheel of Time, where Matrim is making his way across the roof tops of Tear, and as a thought, he remembers the fireworks throwing him off balance at one point (see bundle strapped to back), i thought the whole scene here was amusing, especially when the Aiel turned up :D


(i loved the way they all came together in the same place at the end, very clever :) )

p.s. yes i have spent the last few days aging the characters, so now they should look 20/21 (as where i am in the series) and not 15\16... it was beginning to bother me

It may have been mentioned, but when they left the Two River's, they were about 18. In Tower's of Midnight, Rand, Mat, and Perrin are about 20-21 years old. Egwene was about 16 when she left the Two Rivers, she is now 18. Elayne is the same age as Egwene. Nynaeve and Min are about 27 in The Eye of the World, now they are probably quite close to 30.

Don't know if that helps.

Man, I'm at book 8 now, and all I can remember of this part is that they captured the Stone.
Nothing else, no details.

Oh yeah, and Moiraine used baelfire, right?
These books are long... (not that that's bad)
